About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral analysis and support to clients aged 2 to 18
  • Visit clients at least once per week in homes, schools, or clinics
  • Write clinical reports and manage client documentation
  • Collaborate with operations supervisors and the Quality and Education department

Requirements

  • Master's degree required
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBA) required
  • Ability to work 20-30 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in behavior analysis
