Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Processes
• Develop case supervision and clinical management
• Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
• Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns
• Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
• Include clients and families in setting treatment goals and provide training on carryover skills
• Record and track daily progress accurately
• Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
• Plan for discharge of the person served

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Two or more years of experience in functional assessments and implementation of behavior plans
• 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
• Proficiency in Excel and database management
• Must be located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO
• Ability to work between 9am-6pm MT
