Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
• Develop case supervision and clinical management
• Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
• Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns
• Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
• Include clients and families in setting treatment goals and training on carryover skills
• Record and track daily progress accurately
• Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
• Plan for discharge of the person served

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Two or more years of experience in an applied setting performing functional assessments and implementing behavior plans
• General knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Managerial experience
• Proficient computer skills in Excel and database management
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
