About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
- Develop case supervision and clinical management
- Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
- Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns
- Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
- Include clients and families in setting treatment goals and training on carryover skills
- Record and track daily progress accurately
- Provide accurate and immediate feedback to clients and families
- Plan for discharge of the person served
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Two or more years of experience in an applied setting performing functional assessments and implementing behavior plans
- General knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Managerial experience
- Proficient computer skills in Excel and database management
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
