Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload on a daily basis
• Provide ongoing development, training, implementation, and monitoring of support systems
• Implement Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans
• Work within multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams to meet agency and regulatory standards
• Participate in agency-wide, state-specific, and stakeholder committees
• Complete assessments and related requirements in compliance with the service provision cycle
• Oversee behavior modifying medication or restrictive practices if required

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special Education
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to pass satisfactory background checks
