About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision
- Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model to help families learn NDBI strategies
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively
- Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director
- Integrate current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy into clinical practice
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- BCBA License in Massachusetts
- Experience delivering ABA therapy to young, Autistic children, preferably under age 6
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NDBI experience (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER)
Benefits
- Base salary: $85,000–$115,000/year
- Monthly bonus: $30/hr for every billable hour over 100/month
