Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, play-based treatment plans grounded in NDBI strategies for children ages 18 months to 6 years
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 - 6 Behavior Therapists through weekly individual and group supervision
• Implement a structured, curriculum-based parent training model to help families learn NDBI strategies
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans proactively
• Work closely with fellow BCBAs and report to a Clinical Director
• Integrate current research and best practices in Autism and ABA therapy into clinical practice

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• BCBA License in Massachusetts
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to young, Autistic children, preferably under age 6
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, evidence-based practice
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NDBI experience (ESDM, PRT, and/or JASPER)

• Base salary: $85,000–$115,000/year
• Monthly bonus: $30/hr for every billable hour over 100/month
