About the Company
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a clinician-led organization redefining autism care through a neurodiversity-affirming framework. We specialize in working with autistic children under the age of 6 using a Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and growth areas
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment data
- Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum
- Supervise a small team of 5-6 Behavior Technicians (BTs) with weekly group and individual supervision
- Collect and analyze data using specialized software to make data-driven clinical decisions
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to enhance intervention approaches
- Stay current with best practices for young children with autism
Requirements
- BCBA Certification
- Experience working with young autistic children (under age 6)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) such as ESDM, PRT, or JASPER

- Base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year plus monthly bonuses
