Responsibilities

• Act as the owner and clinical leader of your own independent practice
• Manage clinical care delivery and caseload
• Oversee hiring and compensation for your own team
• Direct the growth and scale of your practice
• Maintain full control over scheduling and the families you serve

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Several years of experience as a BCBA
• Desire for clinical autonomy and business ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset to build and manage an LLC
