Board & Advisory Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source and select promising Danish growth companies to present at monthly venture partner events
• Prepare companies for pitching and match them with strategic profiles from the community
• Manage the full process from sourcing and analysis to matching venture partners with management, boards, or advisory boards
• Assess company needs and provide necessary sparring and guidance during the process
• Present potential cases to the Board & Advisory team and support the execution of monthly events

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong business understanding and strategic sense
• Proactive approach with a sense of ownership
• Passion for advising companies and talent for sales/communication
• Experience in recruitment, entrepreneurship, or consulting within the Danish business sector is a significant advantage
