Responsibilities
- Complete 36-40 hours of classroom instruction
- Pass all classroom tests with a minimum score of 80%
- Complete 75 hours of supervised clinical practicum in a long-term care facility
- Demonstrate all required skills successfully for sign-off by a licensed professional
- Maintain accurate clinical sign-in records including dates and hours worked
Requirements
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a TB test and physical exam
- Mandatory attendance for all classroom sessions
- Successful completion of classroom and clinical phases to be eligible for state exam
