BMW Parts Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on vehicle parts and accessories, ranging from wheels and tires to air conditioning systems
• Complete orders from stock and notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items or necessary shop materials
• Communicate with and assist customers, service advisors, and technicians to fulfill parts orders efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service within the Parts Department to ensure a premium brand experience
• Maintain professional, friendly, and efficient interactions with both consumers and business buyers

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience as a Parts Consultant for a major automotive retailer
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, parts, and automotive systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide accurate technical recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in auto repairs
• Experience working with automotive parts systems or catalogues (e.g., EPC, SAP, AutoLine)
