Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain controller features aligned to Bluetooth Core Spec 5.x and 6.x for BLE and Bluetooth Classic
• Bring up features on FPGA, evaluation boards, or silicon and tune timing/latency paths in RTOS environments
• Support certification and interoperability testing by analyzing sniffer and HCI logs
• Triage issues across firmware, drivers, and RF interactions through cross-functional collaboration
• Contribute to HCI test scripts, utilities, and CI checks for improved coverage
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and sustaining engineering

Requirements

• E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in ECE, EE, CS, or equivalent practical experience
• 5–9 years of embedded firmware experience on MCUs/SoCs with RTOS
• Proficiency in C, version control, code reviews, and CI basics
• Experience developing to Bluetooth Core Spec 5.x and 6.x at the controller level
• Exposure to system testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of Bluetooth products
• Basic RF awareness and knowledge of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth coexistence
• Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power meters
• Familiarity with open Bluetooth ecosystems like Zephyr or NimBLE
