Blue Prism Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver RPA/IA solutions following WonderBotz standards and best practices
• Support development of RPA/IA strategies and assess automation opportunities
• Define, design, and develop automation on leading RPA platforms including Blue Prism and UiPath
• Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather process details
• Participate in design and configuration sessions to improve work products
• Guide and mentor newly trained developers

Requirements

• Mastery or strong desire to master Blue Prism RPA tool
• At least one year of hands-on experience with programming languages such as .Net, Java, VB, C#, Python, or SQL
• Proficiency in reading Microsoft Office Visio or equivalent process flowcharting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Document management tools like Kofax or ABBYY
• Experience with Data integration tools like Informatica or Microsoft SSIS
• Experience with technical automation tools or shell scripting
• Experience with Business process management tools like Pega
