Blowmold Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various blowmolding machines to produce cases, lids, and wheels according to production specifications
• Perform tasks such as trimming excess material, flame parts, and regrinding plastic for reuse
• Maintain cycle time standards to meet production requirements and ensure quality
• Conduct hourly weight checks and continuous inspections for Critical to Quality (CTQ) elements
• Track production of good and bad parts and maintain a clean work environment using 5S methods
• Utilize hand and portable tools including knives, deburr tools, scrapers, and grinders
• Notify supervisors regarding machine issues or material shortages
• Work in compliance with all site safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions
• Basic arithmetic skills for weighing parts and using calculators
• Ability to stand constantly and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and push/pull up to 90 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekend schedules and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
