About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Blow Mold machinery according to established company standards
- Make controlled adjustments to equipment in accordance with SOPs
- Maintain Blow Mold machinery and associated support equipment
- Perform and document hourly bottle quality inspections
- Address equipment problems aggressively to minimize downtime
- Coordinate master sanitation activities to uphold GMPs
- Ensure work orders are generated for process improvements and maintenance
- Monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems
- Support food safety and quality of company products
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
