Operating from Chicago, London, and Singapore, Cumberland provides 24-hour access to a wide array of cryptoassets while helping the ecosystem evolve responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information across multiple data sources to provide actionable recommendations for operations and technology
• Assist BD and management in executing strategic growth opportunities, including economic model design
• Work cross-functionally to assess the feasibility of new business initiatives and design supporting processes
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver best-in-class technology solutions
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify trends and competitive landscapes
• Communicate requirements and domain expertise to technical teams
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Ensure technology implementations meet business requirements
• Manage prioritization of new products and initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating business needs into product requirements
• Familiarity with data systems and software development practices
• Proven leadership abilities and self-starter mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to synthesize industry trends
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Strong financial modeling experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Python programming skills with experience exploring large datasets
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem
• Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications
