Block Head Production - OSD

Responsibilities

• Lead block management, manufacturing, and packing operations to meet production schedules.
• Ensure strict implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGxP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and improve product quality while ensuring the integrity and completeness of all cGxP data and records.
• Plan department activities for OSD and Liquid orals according to weekly delivery schedules.
• Oversee effective control of manpower, machinery, and materials within the department.
• Coordinate qualification and validation activities, including reviewing equipment and process validation protocols.
• Manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including evaluating deviations, change controls, and batch failure investigations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee training programs, ensuring all personnel are adequately trained on technical, regulatory, and safety procedures.
• Monitor activities across multiple blocks and the Finished Goods Warehouse.

Requirements

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
• 20+ years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical production.
• Proven experience currently handling more than one production block.
• Strong regulatory experience, specifically with USFDA standards.
