Blending Intern

Responsibilities

• Supply bulk liquid to the Isipingo Packaging Department and other business partners in line with business goals.
• Supervise and lead blending, filtration, and mixing process operations.
• Coordinate the loading and offloading of bulk tankers and containers.
• Plan and coordinate blending processes to ensure on-time and error-free supply to packaging partners.
• Ensure all ingredients, processing aids, and utilities (steam, air, and water) are available for production.
• Maintain plant and equipment through cleaning, sanitizing, and autonomous maintenance processes.
• Lead and support Blending Operators, managing attendance, manpower, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Safety standards, including the application of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• National Diploma (ND) in Quality, Production, or a related field.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
