Blender Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the daily blend schedule to meet production goals
• Assign daily tasks to blending staff and temporary workers
• Assist with staging, scaling, sanitation, and running blending equipment
• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas
• Maintain daily blending summaries and performance documentation
• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance for operations and preventative maintenance
• Monitor raw material inventory and report potential shortages
• Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant blending areas
• Follow GMPs, quality procedures, and company policies
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs as directed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to one year of manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of GMPs and Quality Assurance practices
• Ability to understand and follow formulas and mixing instructions
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
