Blender Operator

Responsibilities

• Batch soaps and detergent products to supply packaging lines using automated and manual systems
• Operate equipment to perform batching tasks and rotate to different assignment areas as required
• Receive and handle chemical raw materials and operate a forklift to move materials
• Complete written documentation and enter data into computer systems
• Communicate regularly with packaging lines and other support teams
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of current or recent experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) and weekend overtime shifts
• Basic to intermediate math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
• General mechanical aptitude
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience with batching processes
• Previous forklift operation experience
• Experience using SAP
