About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions on work orders, blend tickets, and wash tickets to ensure product accuracy
- Weigh ingredients and sample products for quality control
- Handle liquid and dry ingredients, including liquid pump operation and packaging into various container sizes
- Perform minor GC analysis for certain washes
- Manage inventory via paper transfer forms for product creation, consumption, and movement
- Communicate effectively with the Formulations team and management
- Operate forklifts as required for material handling
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- 1+ year of experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending or mixing within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, and standing for moderate periods
