Responsibilities

• Prepare various formulas to manufacture nutritional supplements by weighing raw ingredients and operating mixing equipment.
• Read and comprehend Blending Bill of Material Sheets, raw ingredient names, and lot numbers.
• Properly weigh and document batch and lot numbers from raw materials.
• Operate and read floor and tabletop scales.
• Charge and discharge powder from 60V and 20V mixers.
• Clean and prepare barrels, machines, utensils, and the blending room to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Remove, clean, and reinstall change parts on production equipment to expedite operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mathematical proficiency (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 2500 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
