Blend Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate blending, mixing, and related production equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Measure, weigh, and add raw materials and ingredients accurately based on production formulas
• Monitor blending processes, temperatures, pressures, and batch times to ensure product quality
• Perform routine equipment inspections, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Record production data, batch records, and quality checks accurately and completely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping and safety standards
• Follow all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to report equipment issues or product deviations
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transferring materials

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the US
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
