About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform reverse dismantling of BIW, battery enclosures, chassis frames, and other welding assemblies via cutting, removing weld points, and grinding
- Document the dismantling process through photography, photo retouching, measuring, weighing, and data uploading
- Operate various tools and equipment according to process specifications and safety standards
- Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment
- Comply with 5S management regulations and company rules
Requirements
- College degree or above in automotive or mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive-related work with an understanding of vehicle structures
- Proficiency in daily office software
- Strong operational ability and safety awareness
- Good communication, coordination, and responsibility
- Fluent in Chinese
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in car breaking or possession of a car breaking skills certificate
- Experience in body welding (e.g., OEM welding shops)
- More than 3 years of experience in sheet metal maintenance
- CET-4 English certification or above
