About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a process planner for complete Body Assembly or sub-assembly welding
- Manage process planning with exposure to quality, facility, installation, and commissioning
- Oversee welding processes within the Body Shop environment
- Perform quality analysis and utilize 1D and 3D measurement techniques
- Utilize advanced simulation and design software to optimize manufacturing processes
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Body Shop Process (or 3 to 8 years if holding a Diploma)
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field
- Comprehensive knowledge of all welding processes used in Body Shops
- Proficiency in Catia, Delmia, Process Simulate, and AutoCAD
- Experience with Vis Mock, Vis Pro, and Human Simulation geometry
- Strong understanding of datum marking and quality analysis
