BIW Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage production operators and technicians, organizing and coordinating their activities
• Participate in the integration and training of new staff members
• Monitor individual performance and maintain team motivation
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and optimize resources and delivery times
• Identify, document, and report production anomalies and propose corrective actions
• Guarantee the application of good production practices and monitor non-conformities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment and team productivity
• Ensure first-level preventive maintenance and enforce safety instructions

Requirements

• BTS or DUT in management
• At least 2 years of experience in a management position
• In-depth knowledge of performance indicators
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate projects and meet production targets
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills
• Ability to work with international teams across different continents
