Bitcoin Mining Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Miner Maintenance Manager and distribute workflows to maintenance teams
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and onboarding documentation
• Oversee onsite contractor activity, including assigning work and tracking progress
• Maintain accurate SOX-compliant inventory records for miners
• Support employee relations and disciplinary guidance for supervisors
• Participate in on-call rotation for large-scale mining failures and recovery efforts
• Manage procurement activities by submitting and approving purchase orders
• Support hiring efforts for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
• Drive operational performance improvements through repair best practices and new miner commissioning

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Basic tool use and computer literacy
• Experience in computer troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment

• PCB repair certifications
