Biotechnician II

Responsibilities

• Execute drug product manufacturing processes including formulation, filling, lyophilization, and packaging
• Perform cGMP manufacturing tasks such as equipment cleaning, sterilization, and solution preparation
• Operate specialized equipment including vial washers, tunnels, filling machines, lyophilizers, and CIP skids
• Support site validation protocol execution and report generation
• Conduct environmental monitoring and sterile filtration integrity testing
• Maintain accurate documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform equipment start-up, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing
• Assist with procedural design for SOPs and MBRs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of GMP Manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated ability to successfully gown into aseptic manufacturing areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to stand for long periods (8-12 hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive motions
• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts, including holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
