Biotech Scientist - Chromatography

Responsibilities

• Perform method development, validation, and transfer for biopharmaceutical products or raw materials
• Optimize and troubleshoot methodologies to meet client requirements
• Oversee, train, and mentor Analysts and Scientists within Analytical Operations
• Lead technical discussions with clients and manage small to mid-sized projects
• Write protocols, draft methods, and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with Training SOPs and documentation standards

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in a relevant scientific field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a laboratory setting
• Proficiency with Mass Spectrometry, Chromatography, and Electrophoresis (HPLC, UPLC, CEX, iCE)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and attention to detail
