Biotech Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own program success for discovery, process development, or production workstreams
• Design high throughput and technology-led methods for screening and discovery
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for managed programs
• Build integrated program plans connecting biological systems with hardware and software
• Lead execution across science, engineering, and lab/greenhouse operations
• Use AI tools to accelerate planning, synthesis, execution, and documentation

Requirements

• 2-8+ years experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in R&D, biotech, or engineering
• Strong technical foundation in biology, hardware, and software/data systems
• Experience with high throughput automated screening and workflows
• Understanding of molecular biology, cellular systems, or plant biology
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and deliver against timelines
• Tech-savvy with strong AI utilization habits
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, engineering, or computer science preferred
