Biostatistics Manager – Data Visualization

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of biostatistical methods to analyze and interpret clinical trial data across multiple studies.
• Provide strategic direction for statistical programming using R and Python to enable scalable and compliant reporting.
• Manage and review the development of tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) for clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including CDISC SDTM and ADaM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study outputs.
• Implement process improvements and AI-enabled technologies to automate and streamline statistical workflows.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to statisticians and programmers.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field.
• 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to apply statistical methods in clinical development.
• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python.
• Experience with R Shiny or other interactive reporting tools.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM and ADaM standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Statistics or Biostatistics.
• Experience in machine learning, real-world data analytics, or clinical trial simulation.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data analysis.
• Experience in the Obesity Therapeutic Area.
• Experience working effectively within globally dispersed, cross-cultural teams.
