Biostatistician

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input for study design and the analysis of clinical data
• Develop statistical analysis plans (SAP) and review study protocols to ensure correct data collection
• Write and execute SAS/R code for common statistical analyses
• Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation, program algorithms, and analysis outputs
• Interpret analysis outputs and prepare statistical summaries for team and management review
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including data management, clinical operations, and clinical science

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related field plus 1 year of experience, or an MS/PhD in Statistics
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SAS/R programming, statistical writing, and data analysis
• Ability to work onsite in Alameda, CA, Monday through Friday
