BIOS Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects within a large-scale BIOS program for high-performance workstation computing
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables while managing project schedules and tracking progress
• Develop support requirements including budgets and resource allocation plans
• Drive engineering development and implementation processes for products or service offerings
• Create program communications, including status reports, summaries, and stakeholder meeting updates
• Identify innovative solutions to common business issues using analytical thought
• Implement simple and effective processes to ensure quality and avoid execution issues in the development cycle

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development, project planning, or a related field
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and software engineering methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience with risk management, change management, and process improvement
