About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive growth for upstream bioprocessing technologies in South Korea and Japan.
- Manage the sales funnel by actively seeking and qualifying new opportunities.
- Drive lead generation through lunch and learns, trade shows, user meetings, and technical interactions.
- Lead Field Application Scientists in the assigned countries, providing coaching and training for customer trials and demos.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and market infrastructure partners.
- Support marketing initiatives, including road shows, seminars, and the development of sales collateral.
- Collaborate with global product management teams to share market and competitive intelligence.
- Act as a customer and market advocate within the internal organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and funnel management.
- Expertise in lead generation and key account management within the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Ability to coordinate technical support and lead field application teams.
- Strong leadership skills to drive technical targets and process projects.
- Experience in the bioprocessing industry, specifically with upstream technologies.
