About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive growth for single-use downstream, engineered systems, and software solutions in South Korea.
- Focus on high-value products including chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF) solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively seeking leads and managing a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with account managers.
- Manage the full sales cycle through Salesforce.com, including lead management, sales activities, and accurate forecasting.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and market infrastructure partners.
- Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows, road shows, and seminars.
- Act as a market advocate by sharing competitive and product information with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven technical sales management experience within a capital projects environment.
- Deep knowledge of the bioprocessing market.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for CRM and funnel management.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic account management.
- Strong ability to articulate technical value propositions and product differentiators.
