Bioprocessing Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales relationship with WuXi Biologics, formulating targeted sales strategies to achieve order and performance targets
• Explore core customer needs to provide customized docking services using high-value products and flexible solutions
• Establish and maintain close relationships with senior management and key personnel across purchasing, technology, and R&D departments
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver professional services, including technical presentations, laboratory demonstrations, and product trials
• Monitor customer business dynamics, project progress, and competitor information to inform product optimization and strategy
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead management, and the sales funnel using Salesforce.com

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
• At least 5 years of sales experience within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industries
• Proficiency in cell culture, chromatography, and filtration processes
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (listening, reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to travel domestically up to 80% and occasionally internationally
• Strong technical and business acumen with proven key account management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience docking and cooperating with WuXi Biologics
• Familiarity with upstream and downstream biologic drug production processes
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.com
