Responsibilities

• Clean and organize work areas and equipment
• Store supplies and distribute items throughout the lab
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies
• Prepare media and other solutions
• Prepare equipment for upcoming experiments
• Maintain written batch records
• Perform measurements on fermentation samples

Requirements

• College student, preferably in biology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related fields
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 2-4 hours at a time
• Ability to follow simple oral and written directions
