About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems
  • Perform water/dialysate sample collection and conduct trend analysis to ensure system functionality
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately
  • Manage medical supply inventory, including receiving deliveries and transporting goods between clinics
  • Train and educate colleagues on the operational maintenance of dialysis machines
  • Collaborate with facility staff to ensure compliance with regulatory and OSHA requirements
  • Provide scheduled after-hours technical on-call coverage as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License issued in the employee's state of residence
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to use common hand tools and small power equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely move large or bulky equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in electronics, biomedical technology, or an equivalent field
  • Prior experience in a mechanical, automotive, construction, dialysis, or medical technical setting
  • Less than 1 year of related experience
