- Perform full blood counts, coagulation studies, and blood film morphology
- Ensure accurate analysis and maintain quality control
- Collaborate with clinical teams
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in Haematology & Blood Transfusion within a clinical NHS laboratory
- Experience with QPulse, DxH900, Stago STA-Ma, and Starrsed ESR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
