Responsibilities
- Perform full repertoire of standard haematology analytics including full blood counts, coagulation studies, and blood film morphology
- Ensure accurate analysis and maintain quality control
- Collaborate with clinical teams
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Experience in Haematology within a clinical laboratory
- Experience with Sysmex Equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Winpath Lims
- NHS experience
