Responsibilities

• Initialise analysers each day and ready them for sample processing
• Perform testing on analysers, validating patient results and escalating clinically anomalous findings
• Carry out daily calibration, internal quality control, and routine maintenance of analysers
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues promptly
• Contribute to service improvement work, including analyser verification, reagent evaluation, and software testing

Requirements

• Recently graduated Biomedical Scientist or early career professional
• Registered license as a Biomedical Scientist issued by Socialstyrelsen
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure in a fast-turnaround service model
• Highly organized and patient with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a clinical chemistry lab
• Experience operating an integrated clinical chemistry analyser
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and digital result reporting
