About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site consulting and technical guidance to physicians and Operating Room (OR) personnel to maximize product efficiency and usage.
  • Manage and maintain the installed base, including basic third-party integrations.
  • Analyze and resolve product issues via Salesforce through detailed technical analysis and critical thinking.
  • Educate and train hospital staff, including physicians, Radiology, and Biomedical teams, on Image Guided Surgery (IGS) products.
  • Act as a primary customer liaison to assess satisfaction and drive product utilization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on upgrades, demos, and research and development projects.
  • Support complex clinical cases and "Go Live" product launches.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC software applications.
  • Strong ability to make independent decisions and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of healthcare sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
