Responsibilities

• Drive the development strategy for the medical correspondent network, including general practitioners, specialists, clinics, and nursing homes (EHPAD).
• Manage and animate field teams, including pole managers and development officers.
• Define visitation plans and commercial priorities based on geographic zones.
• Implement and monitor partnership agreements with healthcare establishments.
• Analyze CRM data and produce commercial performance reports.

Requirements

• Qualified Medical Biologist.
• Strong business acumen and experience in healthcare development.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of medical prescription circuits.
• Ability to travel regularly.
