About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor biological treatment plant operation via control room computer instruments
- Perform scheduled inspections of pumping stations and tanks every 2 hours
- Collect waste samples for analysis according to predefined parameters
- Respond immediately to malfunctions such as machine interruptions or temperature fluctuations
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
- Manage chemical deliveries and repairs to sulfuric acid and chlorine networks
- Use technical chemical preparations and hand tools
- Maintain activity logs and fault reports
- Ensure equipment cleanliness and adherence to Health and Safety rules
Requirements
- Technical knowledge from a Technical High School or TEI (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and effective time management
- Ability to work in shifts with rotating days off
