Biochemistry Resource Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain trackers for ongoing method establishment and routine/stability testing
• Provide forecasting information for stability and establishment work
• Generate invoice data packages to track monthly spend and utilization per product
• Re-evaluate and improve KPIs regarding quality, performance, and cost-efficiency
• Create client reports summarizing metrics and providing project insights
• Develop tools to estimate project life cycle utilization and costs
• Monitor FTE resources through visual KPI presentations

Requirements

• BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences, or applied science
• Experience in an FDA regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in an FTE team or understanding of FTE models
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Windows applications
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles
• Project Management Methodology experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical expertise in (Bio)Pharmaceutical Product testing
• Skilled in process improvement tools and methodologies
