Bioanalysis LC-MS/MS Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure startup, adjustment, and first-level maintenance of LC-MS/MS systems
• Develop, optimize, and validate bioanalysis methods for various molecules autonomously
• Implement extraction techniques from biological matrices (plasma, serum, blood, tissues)
• Perform LC-MS/MS analyses and interpret mass spectrometry data
• Participate in analytical validations according to regulatory requirements (ICH M10)
• Prepare standard solutions, calibration samples, QC, and validation samples
• Maintain and update analytical documentation and laboratory notebooks
• Process analytical data and transmit results to Study Directors
• Apply quality procedures and contribute to laboratory operations

Requirements

• Higher education in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in LC-MS/MS method development or validation
• Experience with protein and/or oligonucleotide analysis
• Proficiency with Triple Quadrupole and/or Q-TOF instruments
• Knowledge of preclinical and/or clinical bioanalytical environments
• Experience with ICH M10 regulatory validations is highly appreciated
• Proficiency in office tools and analytical data processing software
• Scientific English proficiency is a plus
