Bio-Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet international passengers with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Collect flight wastewater samples to assist the CDC in identifying and analyzing pathogens
• Engage with travelers to encourage voluntary participation in sampling programs
• Collaborate with management and team members to maintain a positive work environment
• Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Maintain confidentiality regarding participant information and comply with all station regulations
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the station area

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced airport environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• High school diploma or GED
