Bindery Operator II

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned bindery machinery
• Troubleshoot equipment according to company procedures to ensure efficiency and quality
• Read and interpret bindery ticket instructions and written work orders
• Maintain accurate production counts and organize scheduled work
• Monitor production quality and recommend process improvements
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators
• Strive to meet or exceed departmental and company production goals

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in Bindery Operations
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform concentrated work for extended periods
