About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial paper cutters, gate folding equipment, and perfect binding machines
  • Use laminators, slitter/scoring machines, booklet makers, and hole punching machines
  • Produce high-quality work on digital copiers
  • Ensure quality control, brand consistency, and timely updates across materials
  • Maintain electronic image libraries and archives of graphic design assets
  • Prepare print specifications and inspect jobs for accuracy
  • Optimize images and layouts
  • Accurately cut and trim printed materials to exact specifications
  • Securely package and label printed materials for delivery
  • Create and file job tickets
  • Perform regular maintenance of bindery equipment
  • Operate electrical and manual pallet jacks to move paper skids
  • Communicate with equipment service technicians

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience operating printing and binding equipment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver)
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
