BIM Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare MEP 3D Revit Models in LOD-350/400
• Coordinate models with other MEP services, Architectural, and Structural models
• Perform clash detection and facilitate clash resolution
• Create parametric Revit families
• Provide specialist support to design teams for analysis and design models
• Support design and bid teams with the creation of 3D and 4D visualizations
• Prepare quantities for use in Bills of Quantities (BoQs) from 3D models

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Navisworks, and Dynamo script
• Engineering degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage workload and plan task completion timelines
• Ability to travel/be seconded for up to 3 months as project needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Autodesk 3ds MAX
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Certification from a reputed training institute or skill development center
