BIM Structural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate structural BIM models including concrete, steel, and foundations
• Ensure model alignment with architectural grids and levels
• Manage the integration of analytical and physical models
• Coordinate openings, embeds, and penetrations to ensure clash-free integration
• Support shop drawing and fabrication model coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP systems

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of BIM experience
• Proven experience working within the UAE
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure
• Strong understanding of structural systems, detailing, and construction sequencing
• Expertise in steel and reinforced concrete structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ACC / BIM 360
• Experience working on large-scale or complex construction projects
